My colleague and I started a project to communicate some of the fundamental elements of posture and movement from the perspective of Rolfing and we would like to introduce the second of our videos. Our aim is to provide actionable tips to improve balance and posture in essential movements of the human body. Some hallmarks of good posture are ease, verticality, and quality of respiration. Nice videos! If I may critique just a bit—for those of us who are hearing compromised, be careful of allowing your voice projection to trail off as you talk. It was a bit of a challenge to hear some of your comments.
